hello everybodyyyy and welcome to my challenge! this challenge is designed to expand everyones creative horizons by motivating you to try something new and possibly more challenging, and i hope everyone has fun in the process!the brief of this challenge is to make a bracelet or other project (any theme or pattern), using a technique that you have never tried before! (if you really can't find anything, it could just be something that you want to perfect/get better at but try to let me know if so.) this challenge is knotted creations only because i don't know enough about other forms LOL and will be judged on difficulty of technique, creativity, and execution. some examples of a technique include: trying an alpha or normal if you've never made one before, a new form of creation e.g. wallhanging or keychain, a new type of end and start (eg teardrop loop, double loops, using buttons), straightedge technique, shaped alpha or normal, seed beads, clean back alpha etc. i recommend also looking at the tutorials on this website for more inspiration and guides on how to do things if you need! the due date of this challenge will be the 15th March 2026 :> for prizes: 1st: shoutout in bio, variations on 5 patterns, 5-star rating on 15 patterns, and i make a bracelet/project of your choosing 2nd: shoutout in bio, variations on 3 patterns, 5-star rating on 10 patterns 3rd: shoutout in bio, variations on 3 patterns, 5-star rating on 10 patterns i hope everyone has tons of fun! let me know which pattern and technique you are using, and please try to put the name of this challenge in your photo when you post it. thanks for joining! |
