Hello everyone! I have FINALLY gotten back into knotting and have far better time management than I used to. I feel ready to host a longer challenge for those who like to work on longer projects for this upcoming spooky season!As the title suggests, this will be a spooky wall hanging challenge. So, the theme is spooky! Ghosts, pumpkins, Halloween, rotten apples, etc. The wall hangings will have to be a minimum of 30 base strings (if something is 27-29 but is much longer, say that and I will check it over and see if it works) and 30 rows long. I know that is A LOT of knotting, but there will be a lot of time to finish these. The deadline for these spooky wall hangings will be October 31st! I judge based off of neatness/colors/general quality rather than on the setup and lighting of your photo. I know the struggle. Your results will be out either Nov. 1st or 2nd OR if everyone completes early. Deadline to join is October 1st! Please message here if you want to join and when you complete your pattern. I am keeping track in my planner. 1st place rewards: 10 loves on your patterns and I will make a keychain of one of your patterns if you have any. 2nd place rewards: 5 loves on your patterns 3rd place rewards: 3 loves on your patterns I hope this will be a fun challenge for everyone! |

Wait, I need some calrification that I really should have asked for first. Do we have to make the pattern as a wall hanging? I was thinking of making the one that I picked as a patch, but I realize now that it might lose the point of the challenge, so I came to make sure. If you say it must be a wall hanging, I will make it as such, so I'm in either way. Just didn't want to join only to finish my piece and find out it didn't qualify for your challenge, you know?
