🐢🐢🐢🦋🦋🦋 Welcome to my challenge! 🦋🦋🦋🐢🐢🐢🦋🐢I've got turtles and butterflies everywhere, and if you're unfamiliar with Mackinac Island, then you're 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘺 confused. Let me explain...🐢🦋 🦋 If you ever go on a tour on Mackinac Island, then there's three things you'll probably hear a lot about. 🐢 Ｔｕｒｔｌｅｓ 🦋 Ｂｕｔｔｅｒｆｌｉｅｓ 🐢 Ｌｉｌａｃｓ 🐢🦋I could go into the why, but then we'd be here all day, and there's a hundred other things, too, I could probably run this challenge forever if I wanted to, but I just want to focus on the Summer. So onto the information about the challenge, finally.🦋🐢 🦋🦋🦋🐢🐢🐢ＴＨＥ ＣＨＡＬＬＥＮＧＥ🐢🐢🐢🦋🦋🦋 🐢 The challenge will happen in three rounds 🦋 Each round will start on the first of its month. Round one will be in June, round two in July, and round three in August 🐢 Each round will be themed for lilacs, butterflies, or turtles. 🦋 The challenge is to make a bracelet/key chain/wall hanging/whatever in the month the round runs for that fits the theme 🐢 I've compiled a brief list of patterns for each round, but you are NOT required to choose from my list, it just has to fit the theme 🦋 Round One will be Lilac Themed, Round Two will be Butterfly Themed, and Round Three will be Turtle Themed 🐢 🦋ＰＲＩＺＥＳ！！！！For the people who advance to the next round, and a grand prize for the winner!!!🦋🐢 🦋 I'll be using a bracket to decide who moves onto the next round (I need at least 8 people, if I get enough I can run two brackets and have two grand prizes, or however many is needed) 🐢 I'll try to be as fair as I can be with bracket placement, but might resort to order of joining 🦋 Prizes for advancement: Shoutout on my profile until the end of September and I rate 1 pattern 5 stars (for each round advanced) 🐢 Grand Prize: Shoutout on my profile until the end of November, I rate up to ten patterns 5 stars, and I make one pattern of your choice (of a reasonably size, but what that is can be negotiated if need be) in your colors of choice! 🦋🦋🦋🐢🐢🐢ＳＩＧＮ ＵＰＳ！！！🐢🐢🐢🦋🦋🦋 🐢 Tell me you want to join 🦋 I send you a friend request 🐢 You're in! The good news is I think in a very objective manor, and you'll only ever be compared to your bracket buddy. 🦋 TL;DR 🐢 Three rounds, each lasting one month, each with its own theme 🦋 Bracket system, I need at least 8 people, but will run as many brackets as possible 🐢 Prizes for those moving onto the next round and grand prize for the winner/s 🦋 Carmel's being a subjective judge because she can't be asked to come up with an objective system, but you'll never be compared to more than one other person, so your chances will never be real bad, anyways. 🐢 To sign up, just tell me you want to join, and I'll add you to my list!!! 🦋 Have Fun!!! |

I HAVE BEEN ASKED AN IMPORTANT QUESTION!!!Q: Should I post my lilac pattern now or wait? A: Wait, I'll post the round one topic with my list and the specific parameters probably May 27th or so, so people have time to find their patterns before the round starts on June 1st.
