When ever I go to fill in my info I have it all filled out then I click on the check thing or the done and it always says error birthday must me 8-10 chars even when I put August 27, 2002

That's because what you're putting is longer than 10 characters. try putting just Aug. 27, 2002 or just putting in the number dd/mm/yyyy. I did mine just numbers and / s.
