how to add patterns?

I'm still exploring this app and I can't figure out how to add patterns...can anyone help?

So, when you look at the patteren,first look at the bottem right hand side of the patteren, you will see a check mark.Touch that and the patteren will get saved to your todo list.

You have to use the website you can't use the app... U did mean add your own pattern right not to your todo list...
