Hi, I am now in buissness with a friend and she dose not like craft thread, but I like both and use both in patteren's. How would you organize craft thread and embrordary floss?

I would keep them separate. I would have a box for floss and a box for craft thread. That way, if your friend wants to avoid the craft thread, she just has to take from the floss box. That's the best way I've found.
