I think I definitely prefer making normal bracelets. I find they are a lot easier and take less time. I’m also not as good at making alphas because my strings always get lost and tangled 😂 and I just find them very annoying. I do think alphas are really beautiful though and I definitely admire people who have the time and patience to make them well 🙂

Normals! They are way faster (if you segment knot with them) and to me they are more visually appealing. I also like normal patterns more because you can memorize them instead of looking at the pattern every minute with alphas

It is a combination. It used to be normal but that is also because I didn't know how to make alphas. But now I like to make normals with sometimes an alpha.

It really depends on my mood. Most of the time I am in the mood for normal patterns because they are more simple to do, but I still like to do alphas when I am in the mood.

Well I did chevron and braided stitch then I found alphas and got good at them and yesterday tried my first normal without a tutorial and have made a lot more of those so I rlly don’t know. That was a total run-on sentence but... it’s summer🤷🏻♀️

atm it's alphas but i change a lot haha it just depends what i'm in the mood for but i'm usually my alphas look better than my normal bracelets

i prefer normals because i love segment knotting and i tend to mess up a lot with alphas, probably just because i’m less experienced. i also just love the aesthetic of really good normal patterns 🙂

It depends on much time I have! Also I normally just feel like I'm in the mood for alphas and I definitely feel more proud after an alpha! But personally, normals look better on your wrist than alphas. 😊
