Not terribly likely, since until somewhat recently (after I, for reasons still not entirely clear to me, was inspired to drum up the entire classic Stratego board game set which skews the numbers), around half of the patterns I'd submitted were for the sake of satisfying requests. Or at least, trying to do so. However, there are plenty of occasions a customer has asked for something special, and while I generated a pattern for my own use, I didn't feel it was worth attempting to submit for approval here--probably too esoteric or Thai-specific for anyone else to be interested in it, anyway. Bit of shameless self-promotion, #200005 and #200569 were worth sharing, and I was able to learn that photos of our own stuff evidently *are* acceptable. |

It depends. I originally made this account to store the patterns I made, so in the beginning I at least attempted to make the pattern.However, I make more patterns nowadays so it is nearly impossible for me to do every pattern I make. Now for every 10ish patterns I upload to the site I'll make 1 or 2, but I might come back in the future to make more of them. |

I’m more likely to knot the normal patterns than the alpha ones. Lol. My normal patterns are usually made out of necessarily. The exceptions would be like a slight variant of another of my own patterns (usually for my own comparison/as an improvement of a previous pattern), me just making a pattern I had an idea for (but maybe lost interest in knotting later), or a special request from someone else (which is a v v unlikely situation since I’d direct them to more experienced pattern makers).

i usually don’t, i’ve knotted 2 of my patterns and one of them is a font pattern, but i just make them to make them tbh
