i’m thinking of selling my bracelets, but i’m not sure how i would price them.could anyone who does etsy or just has a small business tell me how you price your things? i want to factor in the price of materials and my time just not sure how much to charge. thank you! 🙏 |

@vanillapup I’ve sold my bracelets before, and depending on how difficult and how long it takes me, I usually sell them for around $10. I tend to not factor in the cost of my materials, because I usually use a 150 pack of colors for 10 bucks on Amazon.

personally the cheaper you sell them (without loosing profit of course) the more people buy within one order. i personally sell mine for $5 for normal patters that are bracelets. alpha keychains i sell for $7 because they are more difficult. and finally any big alpha bracelets i have go for $10. just try to think about how if YOU wouldn’t buy it for that price than most people wont either. hoped this helped !!

Calculate how much that material costs and decide how much you want to "pay" yourself per hour. It doesn't have to be minimum wage but it should be enough to show the value of your work.
