combining alpha and normal patterns

Has anyone ever done it? Like used normal patterns with alpha patterns together in a single bracelet/project? Excluding using normal triangle ends for alphas.

@goregirl I did it once and I do right now an project. To do it, you have to find an normal and an alpha pattern. Mind: When your normal is e.g. 8 strings, then find a alpha with 9 strings, because BB counts the 9th string as a leading string. When you reached the normal pattern half 1 to the desired length, then you just do the alpha on the strings you knotted the normal pattern with. When the alpha part is finished, then you do the normal part 2 until your desired length.
