Is there a way to add a photo of a pattern that I got off another site? I mean I'd really love to share the result with everybody but there isn't an identical pattern on this site. And if I add one that would be stealing.

I don't think there is a way to add a picture of a pattern that doesn't exist. You can make a pattern like it and then add the picture
