I'm in 7th grade and I have a phone but it can't text or call. I miss out on SO MANY conversations. Rant about the trouble of it!!

i definitely understand, i didn’t get one till 8th grade - my younger sister got it in 6th! i’ve complained and everything and am still really not over it but whenever i’ve brought it up i just get in trouble - “we’ve been over this already” UGHHHHH

I'm a teenager and still don't have one while some random middle schools have like the newest iphone 😭 my parents are giving me one in college and the only thing I can use to text and call is a smartwatch

I’m not allowed to get a phone until I can pay for the the phone and the cell service, so I’m probably not getting one until I get a job.

I have a flip phone 🙈. It texts and calls (can't FaceTime or like video call) but its super embarrassing

@pickles02 lol- though clicking all those tiny buttons six hundred times to write what I wanted to say (and by the time I wrote it out my friends were talking about smth else) really did train me to be a fast typer ✨✨

@blackcat79 I am now an extremely fast typer, my friends are all so impressed about how fast I type on the phone and everybody is like oh that's so cool I wish I had one, no its not cool and no you dont.
