i’ve been looking at some clothing stores to shop at for summer, and im wondering what kind of style and stores y’all shop at/are interested in! i usually wear pretty modest, korean style clothing however i was your opinions on stores. i currently shop at american eagle, h&m, forever 21, hollister, and occasionally other stores

I like all the ones you said, but also shein it’s super cheap and if you have one around you, Ross is awesome. Also kohl’s has some cute juniors clothes, and old navy too! I dress more modestly as well and I just weed out the super short, more revealing type things, hope this helps!

I love H&M! Their great for staples and basics like hoodies, t shirts, I have the same shirt in like 5 different colors because they are so great and adorable. I also like gap for jeans and simple tees because they are a tad more modest than American eagle for jeans. Because American eagle decided to make every style of Jean ripped for some reason and I’m not allowed to wear ripped jeans.

@rumpleknot yes h&m is great! american eagle actually has some no rip jeans in both regular wash and slightly dark wash! if u searched around online or in some stores you could probably find some!

another great place is zara. this option is bit more pricy for certain items but as mentioned before shein is a cheap place to get clothing even the though the worker conditions may not be as good as some other more sustainable options

@Godluvsu I would just like to say if you have other places to shop at u should try and avoid shrub because they produce very unsustainable products that are terrible for the environment. Shein also provides no transparency on their labor practices leaving rumors that child labor and sweatshops are in use. I would avoid shopping here or at least limit the amount of things bought from here. H&M is a really good alternative and is much more sustainable than Shein. H&M has been making much improvement on their sustainability and environmental impact and plan to only use recycled materials by 2030. Sorry this turned out to be a whole essay 😅
