Yeah. Usually at michaels or ac Moore or other craft stores like that. But I got some be it frayed and the strands wouldn't stay together and it was hard to work with.

It's kinda hard to work with, but it should be in the embroidery section of the store. I've bought it from the local Hancock Fabrics store

to stop the fraying just tie a knot at the end of each string. It frays because embroidery floss is made for embroidering fabric and you only use about one or two of the strands of the thread not the whole string.
