Hey guys I’ve been absent not by choice. Nearly died and had to relearn to do everything after. I didn’t know I was so sick physically before my mental health pushed everything over the top. Please keep me in your prayers! Anyways I just wanted to say that you matter and that even though September is specifically known as suicide prevention month that suicide prevention is year round. As someone who has massively struggled to come to terms with her own mental health and illnesses let me tell you it’s not an easy or linear path. Suicide is hard to struggle with both personally and knowing of others who struggle with it. You are loved whether or not you’ve attempted, thought about it, lost someone to it or are affected by it. If you need someone to talk to I’m always a quick chat away (and I’m willing to do phone calls too if you need). Just let me know 🙂 |
