I need help because my friend wants me to make a bracelet for her and her boyfriend, but I have no clue which ones are the best for that kind of thing!

Without knowing anything at all about the couple, one simple thing I'd take into consideration is the physical size of the boyfriend. Just as an observation, most bracelet makers seldom seem to take into account that maybe boys (who tend to have larger wrists) would like to wear them as well, but always seem a couple inches too short for proper wear, presuming they can be comfortably tied on at all. Unless this project is being kept a secret from him, consider asking her to get an exact measurement. As for a specific style, if the idea is something he'd actually wear voluntarily when she's not with him, I'd recommend not making the pattern too girly. Again, without knowing more about the two of them, I'm just spitballing here. Maybe he's a sensitive, non-toxic modern male who wouldn't mind or might even prefer sporting such traditionally feminine iconography (no judgment here), so use your best judgment. All I know is that if I didn't have paying customers, I'd only make tough stuff, like skulls and daggers and Thunderlane. If you're into Alphas, the possibilities are probably limitless. If we're talkin' Normies, perhaps two "copies" of one design, but made in such a way that when alongside the other, they form some sort of completed picture or otherwise "fit" together like puzzle pieces finding their match. Try to savor the process: your friend admires your artistic skillset, and you've been called up for a meaningful task. The game is afoot! 😎 |

A great idea is to just go to the patterns section and add the keyword matching or couple to get a bunch of cute bf and gf matching patterns, with a lot of options.

@Stick Be wary, however: if you don't make certain he wears it properly, it could easily become a Wisconsin W. 🤔

@GiuseppeK With the hook size and yarn im using I dont think anyone would be able to wear it! I stumbled across this site on Pinterest and saw all the graphs, thinking it was a crochet tapestry pattern grid thingy but it turns out it was a bracelet site 😭 but i gotta take advantage of all these grids!

@Stick While crocheting terms mean very little to me, I certainly hope these grids translate well for your needs and you get a lot of value out of this place all the same.(If you don't mind me saying so, you seem a crafty girl--the sort who won't disappoint when it comes to producing meaningful gifts for those lucky enough to know her.) |
