guys RUNNNNN don’t walk to joann!!! they’re closing on may 25 and everything is in a huge saleee
i just got back and i got like 30 yarns and a bunch of embroidery floss for $105! everything is such a steal!!!

i think this really depends on where you are, the one closest to me has basically nothing left and nothing is more than about 30% off if that which is pretty low

While sad to hear, thanks for the heads-up. Haven't been back to the States in years, and I probably wouldn't've gotten this memo any other way (sparing me from looking silly if I ever return).

Reminded of when Blockbuster Video finally threw in the towel, and I was away on deployment. I had half a notion to use the money I'd been saving all those months to buy/lease the space where my neighborhood location was, and turn it into a living museum. One of those time capsule places to where busloads of school kids would take field trips, and I could even hire actors to play in-character employees.
