Roll up construction paper, use a hot glue gun on ends (if you don’t have one, your school probably has one) glue all the rolls between two flat pieces of paper cut outs from from tracing out your foot, then tape on a top layer and strap for your heal, and maybe add a small piece of mattress sponge to avoid blisters.

Use an teleport pringle! It's basically just an pringles packaging, but every pringle is infused with magic teleport liquid! As soon as you eat it, you can teleport everywhere you want. You just position your pringle where you want to teleport and then you will get 5m from your place away! But be awared: When you use it more than 42 times a week, then you die. (Why this is so funny??)
