I’m searching for something to watch while making some bracelets and also i think it would be useful for others to find some films/series through this topic.

Please provide some info so it is easier to tell films apart for example:

“Titanic - film, romance, short plot of the film (no spoilers please)”

(I’m down for anything from romance to action, documentary maybe, anime. lgbtq+ films and series are welcome as well 😉)

Well since you're making bracelets while watching, you should watch One Piece lol, you probably already have because it's like, the most popular anime ever, but yeah it's long and you can kind of just tone it out, put it in the back of your mind, but yeah. It's about a gang of pirates who go on an 1000+ episode adventure to find the One Piece and to achieve their dreams, for example, Luffy, the main character, wants to find the One Piece to become the king of pirates, Zoro want's to become the greatest swordsman alive, Nami wants to draw a map of the entire world, Sanji wants to find the All Blue, a sea where all the fish in the world coexist. Yeah!

My recommendations are basic famous movies you might have seen, but if no watch it.

SERIES: I would like to recommend you 'Breaking Bad'. It's about dying chemical teacher who decided to earn money for his family before his death. This series seems slow and leisure, so you could make bracelets during the watching. It's also the cult series. FILM: Please watch Fight Club if you haven't done it!! It's kinda action film about psychological troubles according to office life. This film has some destructive takes you should not to follow, but the plot is breathtaking. ANIME: Idk but I was watching Evangelion during the tying, it's a title about depressive teenagers having to save the world. Better not to watch 'The end of evangelion', just stop after watching main 26 episodes. CARTOON: 'Kikoriki', lol. it's for children but also has philosophical ideas for adults. Hope this helps

I was somewhat surprised a few years ago when I attended university as an "old man," and so many of my young classmates had never seen (or in some cases, ever heard of) RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK. In the off-chance you've never seen it yourself, I can't recommend it highly enough. It's THE definitive boy's movie, in my opinion--I still want to be Indiana Jones...

(Afterthought: Indiana Jones remains a trilogy. There are ONLY three movies, and demonstrably they could never be made today.)

BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA. It's *my* Star Wars.

Hard to narrow it down to just one genre; it's an action comedy kung fu ghost story. An all-American truck driver (Kurt Russell) finds himself in waaaaay over his head on a wild adventure when his buddy's fiancée gets kidnapped by a 2,000 year old evil wizard underneath San Francisco's Chinatown.

If you're interested, I'd recommend just shutting off your brain and enjoying the ride (which is a blast, if we're in the right frame of mind)--it's not SUPPOSED to make sense.

If you're a music person, it's got my vote for Best Scored movie of all time. 👍

One of those awesome movies that bombed in theaters, but became a massive hit at the video store.

(There are only two kinds of people in the world: those who love this movie, and those who haven't seen it yet.)

I kinda figured you wouldn't mind having at least one boy's input, anyway.

So long as you're willing to hear me out, a real treat is MAD MAX 2 / THE ROAD WARRIOR (the name depended on where in the world we were). It's not necessary to have seen the original to follow this one: in the post-apocalyptic wasteland where the only thing of value is gasoline, a loner ex-cop reluctantly finds himself the best chance of survival for a group of innocent people trapped in an oil refinery besieged by a seriously nasty gang of marauders.

Absolutely stellar filmmaking; not a wasted frame. Also, I can't think of a better example of a movie with which to appreciate the stuntmen who risked their lives for the sake of our entertainment. Without spoiling anything, for the final sequence, the driver of the truck had fasted for the required number of hours beforehand, in the event anything didn't go according to plan and he had to be helicoptered to the emergency room (so he could go directly into surgery).
