A really popular brand of sparkly string is Alize. I believe you can only buy it in stores in Russia, but there are some Etsy shops that sell it internationally. Alize is also yarn, not embroidery floss, but I've heard it mixes well with embroidery floss. DMC also has a line called Etoile and it's sparkly embroidery floss. 🙂

I would reccomend the summer nights lion brand crochet thread they are $5 for 800 meters at walmart and are glittery/colour changing.

I would check out Amazon and michaels for brands, then read reviews to see quality and stuff
