Hi! I just made a video tutorial for a certain chevron pattern:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mywl0x-jpaE Is there a pattern on here that I can attach the video to? Obviously I could just add the pattern to braceletbook myself but since it's a simple chevron pattern, I don't think that's allowed. |

I currently don't have time to watch the whole video, but it's a 16 string chevron with straight edges and fb as the centre knot, right? I don't think we have it as a 16 string pattern, but we have smaller split chevron patterns. For example #9147 |

Hi, @halokiwi ! I completely forgot that it's possible to search for patterns by amount of strings, sorry! Of course you don't have to watch the video, I just thought it would be easier to link to the video/the thumbnail than trying to explain what pattern I mean. 🙂Would it be okay if I add my video to that pattern, even if it doesn't have the straight edges and has fewer strings? Like I said, I can also submit the actual pattern I'm doing in the video, but since it's a chevron-pattern, I thought it's better if I ask first. Thank you for your help!! |

It would be best, if you post it to the pattern mentioned. If you tried to post it as a new pattern, it would indeed not be accepted.

The reason I asked for the amount of strings was not that I wanted to filter the pattens by amounts of strings to find it because that would take easy too long. I wanted to (and did) recreate the pattern in the generator. If it had existed, the generator would have given me the warning that the pattern already exists. For simple patterns this is often much quicker than using filters. |

Oh neat! That's a nice trick! I didn't know that one - already had the pattern in my drafts and didn't see a notice (makes sense if it doesn't exist yet).
