@hannyknotsClick on the pattern, then look towards the top right hand of your screen. You'll see "Add Variation" "add to-do" Click on "Add To-do" (it has a small orange background) |

On the website, when you use a # it links directly do the pattern ! on mobile, go to the menue on the left, go to patterns, then open the menu on the top right, it's like a search engin and you can enter the # pattern at the bottom 🙂 Then as samjossia said you can then add it to your to-dos ! On mobile, the to-dos are the little checkmark you see at the top right when you click on a pattern (bellow the "+"). Hope it helps !
