Which Alize thread is similar in size to DMC embroidery floss? I found crochet Alize forever simili on Etsy but it seems a bit too thin.

i have the alize forever simili as well and i agree that it's thinner but i've used it in countless alphas and normal patterns and they turn out perfectly fine! 😊

You can use two pieces of alize thread for each string and tie a knot with both threads as one of that makes sense.
