Tips for making larger wall hangings?

I found a pattern, and it’s like so pretty and I need to make it. The only problem is, it’s 125 x 145 (so 124 base strings 😰) The largest thing I’ve made is like 40 base strings and that’s a biggggg jump. I love it, but i’m so intimidated 😭 Does anyone have any tips? Thanks in advance (:
