Does anyone have any ideas for things to do while tying bracelets? I’ve just been watching tv, but that gets pretty boring. I get easily distracted, so I need something to keep me occupied. Thanks!

Yeah, I usually knot while watching tv, too. Sometimes I also knot while in the car, but that can get a bit bumpy lol. And although I have yet to do it, I'd assume listening to music while knotting is good.

I usually find that watching YouTube is more entertaining than regular TV. I also love listening to audiobooks or podcasts because they allow me to focus more on my knotting without having to look up at the screen. ❤️

Thanks everyone! I think audiobooks and podcasts would work well for me, so I’ll try that. Maybe that will keep me more focused 😊

I usually watch YouTube videos, put on a movie or show, listen to music, and I also love podcasts!! Podcasts are great because I feel like you won’t really focus on podcasts if you’re doing anything else, but knotting complements listening to podcasts very well.

I second podcasts! I especially enjoy fiction podcasts white tying. Also D&D and tabletop streams if you are into them! Audio books are good too.

Audio only. I find that if I have a screen then I end up looking at the screen more than I do my bracelet.

@SofiaGT I watch TV and Youtube but I also found it can be fun to call people or even find some IRL friends who enjoy crafts to work with! I have even done a crafting day where I can tie bracelets while being in a group! It’s also a good motivator to get out and helps with the boredom/antsiness that I typically get when knotting!

listening to music or a podcast is my go to!! if you can find a podcast on something you really like or listen to an artist you have been meaning to get into, or if you are going to a concert the setlist!!

I usually switch between a few things, music, TV, anime websites, audiobooks, podcasts, YouTube. Once you get bored of one you can easily find something more interesting on another platform!
