how to do the double triangle start for alphas

Hi I’m trying to do this pattern which is #205416 and I only have the standard round keyrings not the swivel ones and I know I have to cut 13strings and cut a longer one to make the loop but I don’t know how to do a double triangle start. Can anyone help me out with this please? I’m desperate to make this pattern as it’s for a friend!!
