Normal pattern larger than 64 strings

I’m working on a design for a pattern and realized it would use more than 64 strings (78). Is there a reason the limit for the number of strings in a normal pattern is set to 64 or would it be possible to extend the limit or maybe publish the pattern anyway?

I don’t think you can bypass the limit, but you could make it 2 pattens that go together.

I mean, [people sometimes don't have enough string to make a bracelet greater than 64 strings, but if you only need it for personal use, then I think you can just use the editor for the same thing.

@user254780 the generator only supports up to 64 strings for a normal pattern and 200 strings for an alpha pattern. You can't bypass that limit.Like @shreww suggested, I would make two patterns if possible. |
