Trouble generating patterns

When I click on "Generate a new pattern," a screen opens with pattern #4701983. I change and add colors, but nothing changes in the pattern preview. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can someone help me?

Is this in the alpha or normal pattern generator?Both generators have multiple pages. To save a change to a pattern it is always necessary to click "save" on the page you made the change on. If you are on "normal" to add colours, you can't forget to add the letter corresponding to that colour in "colors order". After you changed and added colours, click "save & test" to appy the changes. Only then the changes become visible. If you are in "interactive normal", click "save" before switching back to "normal". I recommend using "interactive normal" to design your pattern because it will be a lot easier. To design alpha patterns, I recommend the "draw alpha" page of the generator. Again like for "interactive normal" don't forget to click "save" before switching back to "alpha". |
