Forum - Generator - too similar pattern ?

Hi, I made a pattern this year, it's a bloodtype pattern, to show what your blood type are in case of emergency. It's a project that first thought about doing, five years ago, and i made some tests on paper at the time, but i unfortunatly lost thoses experiments. I decided this year, to really do this project, and made a brand new version to publish.

Later on i found on a private conversation a photo of my original work from 2020. It's the same concept, the only difference are the letters that are designed a bit differently, and the compositions of how you place them from one another. (ABO letters are more bold, and the + and - is placed staggered from the "pos" "neg" instead of being above it)

I prefer this old version, and was wondering : Is it relevant to submit this older version ? or will it be refused for being too similar to the other pattern that i made ?

We mods can't tell without seeing the pattern, so submit it and mention the other pattern in the review notes.

thanks. I think i'll try making decorations next to the blood type (like i made for the one i submited) and i'll try make new ones do add more relevance to the old design to diferenciate more one from the other

I do not wish to be a buzzkill, but if it's a matter of life and death and we're not conscious enough to verbally provide the information ourselves, emergency responders might not take note of such a thing.

By all means, wear it, but don't let it replace any official type of bling-bling that we should be wearing.

(Personally, my medical alert bracelet is simply instructions to delete my browser history...)
