How to add a varition?

So I want to add a variation on BB, but I don't know how to do it. (I'm literally scared if the colors won't change or something else) Can somebody explain it to me, please?

To make a variation, go to the pattern's page and in the top right corner (under the rating) is 'Add a variation'.This will take you to the page where you make the variation. You can change the colors in the boxes, and also go to the 'Interactive generator' to click strings with the color you choose from the colored boxes at the top of the screen. *Note you can only make patterns and variations on the site, not the app. |

If it is any relieve to you, you can only submit a variation, if any change has been made, so you can't accidentally submit it without changes.Don't forget to click 'save' before switching from 'interactive normal' to 'normal'. |

@YoasobiLvr Alphas are a bit different than Normal variations. You can only change the existing colors (boxes on the first page) you cannot add colors or remove colors, otherwise it would be changing the design. |
