“Posting” Patterns for Myself

Sometimes when tying a pattern I don’t like the way the knots were arranged or I just want to make small adjustments that wouldn’t alter the pattern enough to justify posting a new version. Is there any way to “keep” a pattern without posting it to the site- or would my best option be to let it sit in my in-progress patterns without ever posting it?

You just keep it on your 'Create patterns' page and do not submit for review. I recommend making sure you do not check the copyright box so you don't accidently submit it.
