making a compilation of other patterns?

can i make a compilation of other patterns? i found some good keychain ones of album covers and i want to put them all together to have the band's whole discography. is there a way to copy a pattern and add to it that's not just making a variation, or do i have to do that manually?

You have to do it manually, but unless you have permission of the original creator(s) and you add something new and unique, you are not allowed to post the pattern.
