Uneven number of colors

This might be a really stupid question, but I can't figure out how to start a bracelet like #78726 or #150275 where there's a single dark strand and a single light strand. I'm completely new and I've only ever made bracelets with an even number of colors where I just fold the string in half, so I really can't figure out how I can get a single strand of a color in? Hope this makes sense and that someone can help me 😅 thank you! |
