So, i found someone who used my pattern inside their pattern. I don't know if it was an accident. Should I do anything, or just leave it?

if you noticed that someone has duplicated your pattern, it is best to private message a moderator (such as myself). if it does appear that the user has duplicated your pattern, the moderator will report the pattern to the admin. 🙂
