how to add strings in the edit pattern?

Hi everyone!I didn't succeed in adding strings in the edit pattern. The editor starts by default with 8 strings and i don't know how to change this. Someone can help me? Thank you very much! braceletly, Jeanne |

There should be + and - buttons on the top, bottom and sides of the pattern. Just try one and see which works when you are trying to add a row or a column.
