How long does it take for a pattern to get posted?

normally about a few days. but if it takes longer than that, make sure you actually submitted it by checking your add/edit pattern page. if it's not there then rest assured that it's been submitted and the admin will get to your pattern and give you a response at some point... they're probably just overwhelmed at the moment for some reason

Mine honestly only take a few hours to a full day. If it gets rejected, then it takes a few hours again from the time I resubmit it! They're usually pretty quick about it 🙂
