I’ve tried using the option to upload a photo to make an alpha but every time it says the photo I picked is too big. How to I fix that? Do I need to crop the photo? Is there a specific size limit that I am unaware of?

I’m not sure but if the photo isn’t able to become pixelated because you want it very small or something that might be why

If it says the photo is too big that means the resolution is too big. You need to compress the photo. You can do that using a photo editing program. Different websites also offer to do this.
