adding strings

Hi everyone! I’ve been trying to use the generator for some time now and I can’t figure out how to add strings into the pattern. Does anyone know how I would do that?

you gotta add knots so you can add string. Might sound weird, but you have to first add the string letters (like abcdeed...) so that you have listed the string in the order you want them. Then you have to add the knots to as many as you need in one row. Take my example above it would be 5 knots in the first row and 4 in the second. Proceed like that for the first few rows, then you can correct your knots and string order again if you need. Just keep in mind if you don't use the right amount of knots, the side will automatically take the strings away that miss those knots. I hope that's somewhat understandable😊 |

Go to tortials and search up alpha. You should pick changing colors think is how I learned to make alphas
