I have a bundle of thicker white string I want to use for my base strings on my wallhangings because I want to use that string up but never found a use for it. I’ve heard good things about it but I’m a little nervous 😅 Is it as good as people say / what are the advantages and disadvantages “looks wise”

The advantage will be that the knots are a little wider which can help make them look more square. If you are unsure about it, you could tie a little test swatch.
