Idk what's wrong with my knots when I follow alpha patterns, but it ends up looking stretched lengthwise (not width). I would say my knotting is quite neat but I can't figure out how to get my alphas to look more like the patterns and not stretched out. Btw my knots aren't too loose or tight imo. HELP PLEASE ๐๐ป๐

That's completely normal. You can - tie looser knots - use thicker base strings or double your base strings - push up your rules with a ruler |
