Ok so I’ve figured out how to read and make alpha patterns…. But do I do two forward and two backwards knots every row? Or just one knot per arrow. Also… if I add in a new color on the side, how do I not let that little tail of string show? Those are my two questions. Tysm!!!🩷🩷🩷🩷 |

Each knot consists of two halves. The knots used in alpha patterns are the same used in normal patterns. Each circle represents one knot consisting of two halves.

@halokiwi thanks! I was rlly confused I made a pattern with only doing one half of the knit and it looked rlly weird. 😂 Thanks for your help!!!

I don't know if it's always a good idea, but sometime in the middle of a bracelet, I like to stop making it and remake the bracelet from the begingning because I saw some mistakes.And because of that, I discovered that the 2nd time I did (I'm working on it) the #103721 was much more wide than the 1st one. |

to hide the tail i tie it into the bracelet if its long enough, meaning i basically group it with a base string and knot over them as if they were a single base string. i do this for a few rows and then i just ignore the tail. you can then cut it from the back!!
