consistent bracelet tying? (without holes)

hi there! ive just started making bracelets from patterns and when ive followed them i end up with small holes between ties throughout the pattern. ive tried tying my strings tighter and closer together, but that doesnt seem to work. im using cotton thread, maybe i need to change what i use?any advice will be helpful!! thanks in advance!! |

make sure your first knot is not loosening up as you do the second. The holes usually happens when the knot is not where it supposed to be, and that is mostly the result of a too loose of a knot in the first half

@Ryvant that happened to me too when I started knotting in 2022. My bracelets had a lot of holes 😅I think that this is typical for your first bracelets. Tips: Try to tighten your knot after you did it and never let the strings where you knot too loose. You can watch a video from Masha Knots on YouTube (post the link) or go to an normal and press on the “how to make knots” (This is just the same video) Hope it helps!!!
