i use the straight edges technique but my bracelets still turn out uneven and wobbly a lot.. am i doing it wrong? maybe using the wrong string? i don’t know :c

Are all your strings of the same thickness? How about your tension? Especially when changing colour or at the edges it can happen that some knots get tighter or more loose than the rest of the knots. If you want to improve your technique, you could try to do alphas with only two or three colours, they're easier than multi-colour alphas. One of the most important things is practicing, over and over again, and never giving up. You can do it.

I've just looked at your pictures, the cat looks actually great. Some others have a few uneven rows occasionally. You could try the following: Every time you've finished a row, take a ruler and push the row up. This way the rows get straight.
