hey! i recently just did a triangle ends and a teardrop loop for my very first time! i need help doing the ends! i got the beginning from Masha but she didn't seem to include the 2 ends! i saw so many videos of one triangle end but i don't know how to do 2 without string crossing over in the middle!

I recommend that you take your pattern and draw the end into it. So to make two triangle ends you would draw a W-shape into the pattern. Then you do all the knots within the w. After you did all the knots inside you make the edge like you usually would. It is not really different from the way you make one triangle end. You can treat the two triangle ends as separate triangle ends. |

https://youtu.be/5sW_MjWFF58?t=344Here is the link to the video for an alpha teardrop, I marked it for after she did the loop. Try watching the video until the very end a few times before you go into the bracelet. It'll help you get a grasp of whats really going on so you feel more comfortable with what you're doing. When you're ready to knot, knot with Masha in the video and pause as many times as you need. If you follow the video like she shows, you shouldn't have any issues with the strings overlapping |

Oh, are you doing the triangle method where you are knotting with the basestrings like you would in a normal bracelet or the one where you continue knotting in rows with the leading string? For the first method you need to put the the basestrings into two groups. With each of the groups you do a triangle end. For the second method you also put the basestrings into two groups. For the half where the leading string currently is you can use the leading string to make the triangle end. For the other half you need to add a second leading string. I hope this makes sense 🙂 |
