Where to by Kamtex (russian) thread?

I keep seeing russian bracelet makers use kamtex thread. Their bracelets are always so even and pretty and it looks sooooo nice. I'm from America and the only russian thread I could find was $40. On amazon and it was sold out. Does anyone know where I can get some? I've tried to do trades with russians but it never works out because we don't speak the same language.
