I use artiste nylon thread. They have beautiful colors and they are practically impossible to break

I use iris cuz I got a few packs of it for my birthday. It's seems pretty good, no complaints so far 😲. Tbh I kinda like the dollar store string, it's surprisingly strong and I like the thickness.

embroidery floss is the most popular choice I think. Just don't get Satin embroidery floss. You'll have a terrible time getting your knots to stay tight.

I use embroidery floss, but I don't suggest using neon strings because they are really hard to tie.
