probs submitting photos

I mostly use Bracelet Book's iPhone app. I only access it on the computer when I want to print off hard copies of patterns. My problem is that I take photos of my bracelets with my phone, but every time I try to submit a pic, it's declined 2-3 times. And then when it IS finally accepted and posted, I can't figure out what I did different from the previous rejected attempts. Can anyone give me some solutions? I do have the latest iOS update, so maybe this app isn't as compatible as it should be for submitting pics? I don't know. Please help!

I can't post from my iPod because the photos are 'too blurred'... Might be that you have the same problem...

Sometimes they'll post from my iPhone (after a few tries,) but now they won't at all because they're "too big". And then there is no edit option to resize, so I guess I'm out of the game. Very disappointing, considering this is an iPhone app 🙁

Whenever I try to post a pic it crashes and it sends me back to the home screen of my iPad

@KnottyOne In the next update the pictures will resize by themselves after uploading a photo, Also i always write a reason for declining a pattern which you can find in the notifications

Thank you, Adik. I know you always give a reason as to why a picture is declined, but I have no idea how to fix it. Sounds like the the new update "should" solve mine and others' problems in photo uploads🙂

@lyra2245 mine does the same thing! I've tried uploading it from the app several time but it always crashes! So I have to use safari to upload the pics from my iPad

@artfreak16 I thought this thread is about the bug which prevented you from submitting big photos, which is already fixed 🙂 Can I ask you (all) what devices and versions of iOS are you using? It seems like an issue in the app and the info would be very helpful, thank you 🙂

Nov 15, 2013 - just to let you know, I've submitted three pics in a row, and they've all been accepted immediately🙂 I don't know what I'm doing differently than before (when I first posted this thread,) but I'm very pleased and hope my "luck" continues! Thanks, Adik, for your efforts in this😉

Hi ppl 🙂 i have probably fixed this issue today!🙂 but you'll have to wait until apple approves the new version with some other tweaks and improvements 😉
