I wish that there was a way to have both the hex color as well as the DMC floss (Most common and uniform floss brand to my knowledge) color on the patterns. I swear the hardest part of starting a pattern is finding the right colors. There is not an exact way to find these colors online, and soI find myself way too often in the floss aisle trying to find the right color. The only solution I can come up with right now is just to comment on the patterns the corresponding floss number |

Hex codes are meant for colours shown on screen. They do not translate 1:1 to physical colours. The same colour might look slightly different on a different screen.In addition to that, there are 16777216 possible hex codes. Not all can be used for braceletbook patterns but there are still more colours usable in braceletbook patterns that there would ever be dmc colours. |
