webpage crashes when i try to edit pattern keywords

i’m unable to publish my pattern because whenever i click the edit keywords section the page just reloads or crashes, what do i do 🙁 happening on both iphone and ipad website

@Note it’s just happening wih one pattern , i submitted 2 other patterns today just fine. i also tried making a new pattern using the exact parameters as the one i can’t upload and the webpage still reloads/crashes when i try to edit the keywords

Is the pattern you are trying to upload especially big?Maybe you could try to enter the keywords first into a new pattern and then copy and paste the knots over. Have you tried using a different device or a different browser? |

Can I ask which browser you used when it was crashing? Did you use a different browser on the other device?

@anvil This has happened to me too, but what I suggest is to just log on with a different browser, then it should work. If it doesn’t, try to copy your pattern into a new design, bur maybe tilt it 90 degrees so it isn’t in exactly the same position, then try to add your keywords. Normally, the first method should work, but if not, try my second method. Hope you manage to submit your pattern!

Wait never mind I didn’t read what was above properly 😂 Btw were you using Safari, because that’s what I used when initially trying to submit my pattern, before using a different browser

@halokiwi i used safari when it was crashing, and it worked when i used google chrome on the other device.
