How to permanently refuse push notifications?

Every time I say No to push notifications, the same pop up will show up again later. It's extremely annoying. How do I get rid of it for good?

Well, I feel like at least an option to permanently opt out would be nice. I have no idea how to blacklist popups from specific websites.
